Congo Freedom Alliance (CFA) is officially established as an operating, 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, 

approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service and the Texas Secretary of State.

As such, we have greater abilities to advocate for legislation to solve human rights problems, than do 501(c)(3) charities, like a Human Rights Watch. CFA 501(c)(4) was founded by the Founder, Executive Chairman/CEO of CFA organization Mr. Elie Mundendi in 2009 Arlington, Texas.

 

CFA is like a Human Rights Watch (HRW) or an Amnesty International (both 501(c)(3) “nonprofit charities”)

because we are all devoted to advocating for human rights.
